Booking Conditions
Holiday Caravan Reservations
Reservations must run from Sat to Sat, 19th July to 13th September. Your accommodation is available from 3.00pm on the booked day of arrival and is valid until 10.00am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to re-let caravans if not claimed by 6.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Bookings
Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a booking from and deposit. If your dates have been booked by the time we receive your confirmation we will refund your deposit.
Alteration to Bookings
Once your booking has been confirmed, any change, however small, will incur a £5 administration charge.
Number in Party
The number of persons including children occupying the holiday caravan must not exceed 6 at any one time. No all male, all female or large parties permitted.
Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed when deposit is received. The balance is payable 28 days before arrival. Reminders are not sent and failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of the booking. Receipts are not issued for balance payments.
Amenities
Some amenities may be restricted, according to demand, at the beginning and end of the season.
VAT
VAT is included at 171/2%. Any change in the rate will be adjusted at the time of your holiday.
Linen
Pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers and towels must be supplied by the visitor. We supply duvets, blankets and pillows.
Personal Belongings
Please be sure to take all your personal belongings when you leave for home. Management will not accept responsibility for any items left behind.
Requests
We will do our best but we regret we are unable to guarantee the allocation of specific holiday caravans.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead (max 2 metres) at all times and exercised in the dogs field provided. They must not be left unattended at any time. We regret we do not allow the following breeds: Alsatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of same..
General Conditions
The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused.
Any person in breach of the booking terms, conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.
Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the Management, be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.
The decision of Wooda Farm Park on all the above will be final.

Cancellation Plan (optional)
The payment of £10.00 per week protects you and your party, up to and including the day before your holiday, against loss of all monies already paid (excluding £10.00 per week premium) due to redundancy, jury service, personal injury, illness or death to any member of your party Supporting evidence i.e. Doctor’s Certificate, Redundancy Notice, etc, will be required. The Cancellation Plan applies only to holidays booked in our own caravans and bungalows.
Park Rules
Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children on the Park and in use of the Park facilities
Skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not permitted.
Bicycles must be ridden with care on the Park. Anyone causing danger to others will be banned from riding.
We ask everyone to respect other visitors on the Park and keep noise levels down between 11pm and 7am.
No ball games allowed around the accommodation
