Holiday Caravans & Cottage
Booking Conditions
Reservations
Reservations must run from Sat to Sat 21st July – 1st September. The holiday caravans will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and the holiday cottages from 4pm. We ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to re-let your accommodation if not claimed by 6.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Bookings
We require £70 deposit per week to secure your booking. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.
Alteration to Bookings
Once your booking has been confirmed, any change, however small, will incur a £5 administration charge.
Amendments to your booking are unable to be made upon your arrival.
Number in Party
The number of persons including children occupying the holiday caravan must not exceed 5 in 2 bedroom caravans or 6 in 3 bedroom caravans at any one time. The maximum occupancy for Brambles cottage is 7 and the maximum occupancy for Tregea is 10. No all male, all female, mixed groups or large parties are permitted. Families and Couples only.
Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed in writing once a deposit has been received. This could be in the form of an email if an email address is specified. Email addresses might also be used by ourselves for marketing purposes but WILL NOT be passed onto theird parties.
Balance Payments
The balance for your accommodation is payable 28 days before the day of your arrival. Reminders are not sent and failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. Receipts are not issued for balance payments unless requested.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our accommodation. Any person found to be doing so during their holiday or after vacating will be liable to pay for the valeting of the accommodation.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be put into writing. If you cancel your booking, all monies paid are non-refundable unless the cancellation policy has been taken out and the situation complies with the reasons covered.
Amenities
Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end of the season, i.e. The Courtyard Bar and some park activities. The opening days of The Lodge Takeaway will be reduced in low season. Please contact us for more specific opening hours if required. The badminton court may be sometimes unavailable due to function out of the main season.
VAT
VAT is included at the current rate
Linen
You must bring your own pillowcases, duvet covers, sheets and towels if you are staying in the holiday caravans. Linen and towels are supplied for Tregea and Brambles.
Personal Belongings
Please be sure to take all your personal belongings when you leave your accommodation. Management cannot accept responsibility for any items left behind.
Requests
We will do our best to honour requests, but we regret we are unable to guarantee a specific location of the holiday caravans.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted in any of our accommodation, other than the Cherry range by prior arrangement. Only one dog in this range of van is permitted. A dog bed should be provided. Dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings. They must not be left unattended at any time. Being a family park, we regret we do not allow the following breeds – Alsatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of the same.
Vehicles
Two vehicles are permitted per holiday caravan. Additional vehicles are required to be parked in the designated areas and will be charged for. We do not accept commercial vehicles onsite.
General Conditions
The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given.
The decision of Wooda Farm Holiday Park on all the above will be final
Park Rules
Holiday caravans must be vacated by 10.00am and touring pitches by 10.30am unless you have permission to do so otherwise. Half a day rate applies if you wish to stay later (not available in school holiday periods). Please enquire at reception.
- Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times, especially when using the park’s facilities.
- Televisions and radios should be used considerately during the day, and should not be audible outside of your caravan, motorhome or tent between the hours of 10.30pm and 8.00am.
- Play Area - Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Please refrain from allowing your children to use the play area after 10.00pm.
- Skateboards, Scooters and Rollerblades are not permitted. Bicycles may be ridden on the park if used in a safe manner. Please do not ride bicycles around the busy areas of the Reception and Shop.
- Dogs are welcome on the park, but for obvious reasons of health and hygiene accidental fouling must be cleared up immediately. Anyone not doing so will be asked to leave the park. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and never left unattended.
- BBQ’s - are permitted but MUST be placed on a stand or bricks obtainable from the onsite shop. • Vehicles - only one vehicle is permitted per touring pitch and two per caravan/bungalow. Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated areas. Commercial vehicles are not accepted. Extra vehicles will be charged for.
- Ball games - must not be played in the vicinity of any accommodation, caravan or tent. Please use the large area at the rear of the children’s play area.
- Speed Limit - is strictly 10mph for all vehicles, including bicycles.
- Payment - of your fees constitutes accepting these conditions
Wooda Farm Holiday Park reserves the right to terminate the booking of anyone who fails to abide by the park rules. The Management’s decision will be final.
