Touring & Camping Booking Conditions

Reservations
If you are booking a Premier Pitch between the 17th July – 28th August, your arrival and departure days must be a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Your pitch will not be available until noon on the booked day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
We reserve the right to re-let pitches if not claimed by 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

Bookings
We require a £50 deposit per week to secure your booking.
Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. If your dates have been booked by the time we receive your confirmation we will refund your deposit.
We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.
Online bookings will not be confirmed unless a deposit or full payment is made at the time of booking.

Alteration to Bookings
Once your booking has been confirmed, any change, however small, will incur a £5 administration charge. Amendments to your booking are unable to be made upon your arrival.

Number in Party
We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. If parties are larger, then two pitches must be booked.
We do not allow tents over 8 square metres on one pitch. Tents exceeding this size will require two pitches.
No all male, all female, mixed or large groups are permitted. Families and couples only.

Balance Payments
Touring and camping balances are payable on arrival. Failure to arrive will result in you being liable for payment of the full balance. No refund will be given against reduction of dates booked or early departure.

Requests
We will try to honour your request but we are unable to guarantee allocation of specific pitches.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead (not exceeding 2 metres) at all times and exercised in the area provided. They must not be left unattended at any time. We regret we do not allow the following breeds – Alsatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of the same.

Amenities
Some amenities may be restricted, according to demand, at the beginning and end of the season.

VAT
VAT is included at the current rate

Cancellations
Cancellations must be put into writing. If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the date of arrival and we are unable to re-let the pitch, you may be liable to pay the outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable. We regret the weather conditions are beyond our control and cannot refund any monies if you cancel your booking due to the weather.

Vehicles
One vehicle is permitted per pitch. Additional vehicles are required to be parked in the designated areas and will be charged for. We do not accept commercial vehicles onsite.

General Conditions
The company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given.

The decision of Wooda Farm Holiday Park on all the above will be final
