We reserve the right to re-let pitches if not claimed by 6.00pm on the day of arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Premier Screened Pitches
Extra large individual screened pitch, water tap, water connection, waste water point and electric hook-up 10 amps maximum. These are all weather pitches, some with Satellite TV (selected channels only) please enquire when booking. Early booking is essential. Reservations must run from Fri/Sat/Sun to Fri/Sat/Sun from 12th July to 30th August.
Care of Pitches
Please lift awning ground sheets every other day to avoid damaging the grass.
Electric Hook-Ups
Via the European 16 amp plug system, with 10 amp maximum output (BS4343 connectors).
Disabled En-Suite Facility
Radar key obtainable from Reception.
Mother and Baby Rooms
Bath and Changing Table.
Private Family Facility
Bath, shower, toilet and handbasin (small charge for use)
Dogs
Must be kept on a lead (not exceeding 2 metres) at all times and exercised in the field provided. They must not be left unattended at any time. There is a restriction on certain breeds of dog. Refer to booking conditions below.
Why Bother with Towing?
Summer parking makes sense. Whilst not in use your caravan is parked in the secure summer parking area available. (Note: Caravans are parked and stored at owners risk. All caravans must be insured for public liability.)

Booking Conditions
Touring and Camping Reservations
Your pitch will not be available until noon on the booked day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to re-let pitches if not claimed by 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us. No all male, all female or large parties permitted.
Bookings
Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. If your dates have been booked by the time we receive your confirmation we will refund your deposit.
Alterations to Bookings
Once your booking has been confirmed, any change, however small, will incur a £5 administrative charge.
Balance
Touring and camping balances to be paid on arrival. Failure to arrive will result in you being liable for payment of the full balance. No refund will be given against reduction of dates booked or early departure.
Requests
We will try but we are unable to guarantee allocation of specific pitches.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead (not exceeding 2 metres) at all times and exercised in the dogs field provided. They must not be left unattended at any time. We regret we do not allow the following breeds – Alsatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of same.
Amenities
Some amenities may be restricted, according to demand, at the beginning and end of the season.
VAT
VAT is included at the current rate of 17.5%. Any change in the rate will be adjusted at the time of your holiday.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be put into writing. If a confirmed booking is cancelled and we are unable to re-let the pitch the customer may be liable to pay the outstanding balance.
General Conditions
The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking terms, conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the Management, be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.
The decision of Wooda Farm Park on all the above will be final.
We do not accept commercial vehicles.
Park Rules
Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children on the Park and in use of the Park facilities
Skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not permitted.
Bicycles must be ridden with care on the Park. Anyone causing danger to others will be banned from riding.
We ask everyone to respect other visitors on the Park and keep noise levels down 11pm and 7am.
We do not accept commercial vehicles.
