Online Bookings

You are able to use our online booking system to check availability and make a booking. If you are unable to find your specific requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01288 352069 where we will be able to assist you further

Any online bookings made without a deposit or full payment will not be confirmed. When making a booking online, you are accepting our terms and conditions which can be found here.

When you have made your booking, you will receive an email confirmation from us confirming your details. Please check this carefully and inform us immediately if any details are incorrect as mistakes are unable to be rectified upon arrival.

Telephone Bookings

• You can telephone us on 01288 352069 and make a booking over the phone.
• Please read our booking conditions before booking as any monies paid will agree acceptance of the booking conditions.
• Wooda cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes made when booking over the telephone, therefore please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform us immediately if any details are incorrect as mistakes are unable to be rectified upon arrival.

Using a Booking Form

• Alternatively, you are able to download and complete a booking form and post it to us with your payment.
• Once the booking form is processed, you will receive a written confirmation; please check this carefully.
• We recommend you check availability prior to sending us your booking form to avoid disappointment.

Deposits and Balances

• We require a £70 deposit per week for holiday caravans and cottages, and £50 per week for touring and camping pitches. This is non-refundable.
• Balances for holiday caravans and cottages are payable 28 days in advance
• No reminders for the balance payments are issued.
• Balances for touring and camping bookings are payable on arrival, unless you wish to settle the balance prior to your arrival.

Cancellation

Accommodation Bookings. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable, unless you have taken out the cancellation policy and the reasoning for cancellation is covered.

Cancellation policy for holiday caravans and cottages. The payment of £10 per week protects you and your party, up to and including the day before your holiday, against loss of all monies already paid (excluding £10 per week premium) due to redundancy, jury service, personal injury, illness or death to any member of your party. Supporting evidence i.e. Doctors Certificate, Redundancy Notice, etc, will be required. The Cancellation Plan applies only to holidays booked in our own caravans and cottages. We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance as no refund will be issued for any reason other than those covered by the cancellation plan. This is an optional cancellation policy.

Touring and Camping Bookings. We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance as no refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation.
