Yoga at Wooda is a wonderful way to ease you into your Cornish holiday. Busy day at the beach or walking the local coast paths? Yoga is a great way to stretch out those tired muscles, aid flexibility, and improve your posture.
Our experienced yoga teacher Claire’s style of yoga is Hatha based, and delivers a balanced class of wholesomeness, incorporating gentle flow and breath awareness. All sessions offer posture variations, making the class suitable for beginners or the more experienced yogi’s.
The invitation is to turn up as you are, and for a short time to drop the endless to-do list we all acquire in the busyness of life. As we take time to become quieter in the mind, reconnect with our body and the deeper parts of being, the magic of Yoga shows up within.Â

Location: The Sports Barn or outside on the lawn (weather permitting)
Don’t forget to bring a drink with you! A yoga mat is provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
