Payment of your holiday deposit consitutes acceptance of these conditions. Please abide by the park rules at all times.

Holiday Homes Booking Conditions

Reservations
Reservations must run from Sat to Sat between 26th May – 2nd June and 21st July – 25th August. The holiday caravans will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to re-let your accommodation if not claimed by 6.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

Bookings
We require a deposit of 25% of the overall cost of your holiday to secure your booking. The deposit paid is non-refundable. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.

Alteration to Bookings
Once your booking has been confirmed, any change, however small, will incur a £5 administration charge.
Amendments to your booking are unable to be made upon your arrival.

Number in Party
The number of persons including children occupying the holiday caravan must not exceed 5 in 2 bedroom caravans or 6 in 3 bedroom caravans at any one time. No all male, all female, mixed groups or large parties are permitted. Families and Couples only.

Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed in writing once a deposit has been received. This could be in the form of an email if an email address is specified. Please make sure you check your confirmation carefully to make sure your booking details are correct. Email addresses might also be used by ourselves for marketing purposes but WILL NOT be passed onto third parties.

Balance Payments 
The balance for your accommodation is payable 42 days before the day of your arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. Receipts are not issued for balance payments unless requested.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our accommodation. Any person found to be doing so during their holiday or after vacating will be liable to pay for the valeting of the accommodation.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be put into writing. If you cancel your booking, all monies paid are non-refundable unless the cancellation policy has been taken out and the situation complies with the reasons covered. We also recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.

Amenities
Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end of the season. This includes The Courtyard Bar, Lodge Takeaway, on-site shop and some park activities. The badminton court may also be unavailable due to functions out of the main season.

VAT
VAT is included at the current rate

Linen 
All our holiday homes come complete with linen provided however don’t forget your towels. Linen is not provided for travel cots.

Personal Belongings 
Please be sure to take all your personal belongings when you leave your accommodation. Management cannot accept responsibility for any items left behind.

Requests
We will do our best to honour requests, but we regret we are unable to guarantee a specific location of the holiday caravans.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted in any of our accommodation, other than those specified as dog friendly by prior arrangement. Only one dog is permitted. A dog bed should be provided. Dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings. They must not be left unattended at any time. Being a family park, we regret we do not allow the following breeds – Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of the same.

Vehicles
Two vehicles are permitted per holiday caravan. Additional vehicles are required to be parked in the designated areas and will be charged for. We do not accept commercial or sign written vehicles onsite.

The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given.

If you are renting a cottage in the winter, the holiday park closes on 4th November so all amenities will be unavailable whilst the park is closed.

Linen and towels are supplied for Tregea and Brambles. Linen is not provided for the travel cot.

Gwelva Hills Booking Conditions

Gwelva Hills Reservations

The lodges will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure. Please let us know if your arrival will be after 6pm.

Bookings

We require a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. Deposit payments are non refundable. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.

Number in Party

Confirmation

Please note: All online bookings made for Gwelva Hills are not confirmed until the reservations team email you confirmation that the dates you have selected are available, we endeavour to confirm all bookings with 24 hours. All bookings will be confirmed in writing once a deposit is received. Please check your confirmation carefully once received. This could be in the form of an email if an email address is specified. Email addresses might be used by ourselves for marketing purposes but WILL NOT be passed onto third parties.

Balance Payments

Insurance

We advise to take out your own travel insurance covering any losses, injury, travel cost and accommodation cost.

Only one large dog or two small dogs are permitted in Hartland, Widemouth and Duckpool lodges at Gwelva Hills. A dog bed should be provided. Dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings. They must not be left unattended at any time. Being a family park, we regret we do not allow the following breeds – Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of the same. An additional charge will be made for dogs. They must be exercised in the designated areas and kept on a lead at all times.

Amenities

Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end of the season. This includes The Courtyard, The Loft Cocktail Bar, Lodge Takeaway and on-site shop. These amenities will also be closed between November – March, but there is a village pub within walking distance of Gwelva Hills. The badminton court may be sometimes unavailable due to functions out of the main season.

Please be sure to take all your personal belongings when you leave your accommodation. Management cannot accept responsibility for any items left behind.

A cot and highchair is available on request and will be put into your accommodation before you arrive. Cot linen is not provided.

Touring and Camping Booking Conditions

Reservations

Your pitch will be available from noon on the booked day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to re-let pitches if not claimed by 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

Bookings

We require a £50 deposit per week to secure your booking. Deposits paid are non-refundable. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.

We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, then two pitches must be booked. No all male, all female, mixed groups or large parties are permitted. Families and Couples only.

Tent Size

We do not allow tents over 8m x 8m on one pitch. Tents exceeding this size will require two pitches.

Balance

Touring and Camping balances are payable on arrival. Failure to arrive will result in you being liable for payment of the full balance. No refund will be given against reduction of dates booked or early departure.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on a lead (not exceeding two metres) at all times and exercised in the area provided. They must not be left unattended at any time. Being a family park, we regret we do not allow the following breeds – Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of the same.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be put into writing. If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the date of your arrival and we are unable to re-let your pitch, you may be liable to pay the outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.

Weather

We regret the weather conditions are beyond our control and cannot refund any monies if you cancel your booking or reduce your stay due to the weather.

Vehicles

One vehicle is permitted per pitch. Additional vehicles are required to be parked in the designated areas and will be charged for. We do not allow commercial vehicles on-site.

Gift Vouchers Booking Conditions

Our booking conditions apply for all vouchers purchase for Wooda Farm Holiday Park, The Courtyard, The Loft and Hannah Rose Beauty.

Terms and conditions: Vouchers are available in any denomination from £10 – £1,000. All our gift vouchers have a unique number, they may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and they are non-transferrable. To redeem the voucher over the phone, the unique number must be quoted on booking and presented upon arrival. No photocopies will be accepted. Our same booking terms and conditions apply with a purchase of a voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date purchased. Postage is free of charge to any address in mainland UK, postage abroad will be charged as an additional cost.

 

Park Rules

Park Rules

Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am and touring pitches by 10.30am unless you have permission to do so otherwise. Half a day rate applies if you wish to stay later (not available in school holiday periods). Please enquire at reception.

  • Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times, especially when using the park’s facilities.
  • We ask everyone to respect other visitors on the park and keep noise levels down between 10.30pm and 7.30am. This also includes televisions and radios, which should be used considerately during the day, and should not be audible outside of your accommodation between the hours of 10.30pm and 7.30am.
  • Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Please refrain from allowing your children to use the play area after 10.00pm.
  • Unruly behaviour or underage drinking is absolutely not tolerated. Anyone found to be behaving in this manor will be asked to leave.
  • In the interest of safety, skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not permitted. Bicycles may be ridden on the park if used in a safe manner. Please do not ride bicycles around the busy areas of the Reception and Shop.
  • Dogs are welcome on the park, but for obvious reasons of health and hygiene accidental fouling must be cleared up immediately. Anyone not doing so will be asked to leave the park. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and never left unattended. Dogs must be exercised in the designated areas. Dogs are only permitted in dog friendly accommodation units.
  • BBQ’s are permitted but MUST be raised off the grass at all times. They can be placed on a stand or bricks obtainable from the onsite shop to avoid burning the grass. Please never put your BBQ on the accommodation decking. Never take BBQs inside your accommodation or tent, and always make sure they are fully extinguished and cooled before disposing in the metal BBQ disposal bin. We regret we do not allow fire pits, open fires or anything similar for health and safety reasons.
  • Only one vehicle is permitted per touring pitch and two per accommodation. Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated areas. Commercial/signwritten vehicles are not permitted on site. Additional vehicles will be charged for. Please abide by the speed limit of 5mph at all times.
  • Ball games must not be played in the vicinity of any accommodation, caravan or tent. Please use the large area at the rear of the children’s play area.
  • Speed Limit is strictly 5mph for all vehicles, including bicycles.
  • Please respect our staff at all times. They are not responsible for the weather!!

    Payment of your booking fees constitutes acceptance of these park rules. Wooda Farm Holiday Park reserves the right to terminate the booking of anyone who fails to abide by the park rules. The Management’s decision will be final.

Holiday Caravans Cancellation Policy

We offer a cancellation policy for our holiday caravans only.

The payment of £10 per week protects you and your party, up to and including the day before you holiday, against loss of all monies already paid (excluding £10 per week premium) due to redundancy, jury service, personal injury, illness or death to any member of your party. Supporting evidence ie. Doctor’s Certificate, Redundancy Notice, etc, will be required.

The Cancellation Plan applies only to holidays booked in our own holiday caravans. We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance as no refunds will be issued for any reason other than those covered by the cancellation plan.
