Here’s a Bucket list full of fun ideas specially selected by the Wooda team to get you in mood for your Bude holiday adventures.
We are so lucky that Cornwall is a place where there is nothing to do and everything to do, depending on what you want from your camping, touring, motorhome or holiday home holiday at Wooda. Go on adventures to places you’ve never heard of before, try something completely new or just kick back on soft white sand for a bit well deserved relaxation. Go on adventures, find hidden coves. Explore the wilds. Hear nothing but the sea. Disconnect. Whatever you do, you’ll make memories that last a lifetime.

Watch a Wooda Sunset
We are famous for two things – Exceptional holidaysand some of the most beautiful sunsets that any holiday park in Cornwall can offer!
We are perfectly positioned, on a hillside above Bude, to watch the sun dip into the ocean, it really is one of the best sunset spots in Cornwall! Wrap up in a blanket, pour a glass of wine and watch nature put on it’s daily spectacular show at dusk. A must do on our Cornish Bucket List!
Swim In Bude Sea Pool
Is a holiday to Cornwall even a holiday if you don’t swim in the sea? We don’t think so! We are very lucky to have Bude Sea Pool located at Summerleaze beach, a very popular spot with locals and tourists alike and is possibly the safest way to enjoy the sea in Cornwall! Throughout the summer months the sea is warm enough to go in without a wetsuit and is great for a bit of cold water therapy in the Autumn and Spring.
Eat Ice Cream by Bude Canal
The beautiful Bude Canal is the perfect place to stop and take in the scenery whilst treating yourself to a delicious Cornish ice cream. With a range of fantastic eateries to choose from alongside the Canal itself, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to ice cream flavours!
See St. Nectan’s Glen Waterfall
A place that is usually only known by locals, but we thought we’d share it with you because if you want to beat the crowds, this is a great place to visit and even better when it’s hot! This shaded woodland walk flanked by watery wonderlands and culminating in a spectacular waterfall, is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and from the moment you arrive, you’ll easily see why.
