A new addition to the range in 2014, the Beachcomber is a true style statement, thoughtfully designed to give the impression of a shabby chic beachside apartment. We have expanded our range of Beachcombers and have 6 brand new holiday homes for 2015.
With an array of bright, bold blues, the Beachcomber offers a light and airy interior, and with the added extras of central heating and a dishwasher, you'll love the 'home from home' comforts whilst taking in a picture of the seaside. We offer a 2 bedroom model (sleeps 5) and a 3 bedroom model (sleeps 6). Some of the 3 bedroom models are dog friendly. 38 x 12 (2014/2015)
We welcome one well behaved dog in selected 3 bedroom Beachcomber holiday homes at an additional cost of £10 per night or £8 per night if you are staying for a week or longer.
Short breaks are available for a minimum of two nights between 1st April – 22nd July (excluding week beginning 27th May) and from 26th August – 4th November
Highchairs and Cots can be hired for an additional charge of £1 per night – please specify at the time of booking.
Some of our 3 bedroom Beachcomber holiday homes are dog friendly with one dog per van welcomed by prior arrangement at a cost of £10 per night. If you are staying for a week or longer, your dog will be charged at £8 per night.
Rest assured! Dog friendly Beachcomber holiday homes are available to only those with a dog - for those without dogs we can guarantee the other holiday homes in the range are pet free!

All our holiday homes will now have beds made up for your arrival, however you will need to bring your own towels, bath mat and tea towels
Reservations must run from Sat to Sat between 22nd July – 26th August. The holiday caravans will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to re-let your accommodation if not claimed by 6.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
We require a deposit of 25% of the overall cost of your holiday to secure your booking. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.
Alteration to Bookings
Once your booking has been confirmed, any change, however small, will incur a £5 administration charge.
Amendments to your booking are unable to be made upon your arrival.
Number in Party
The number of persons including children occupying the holiday caravan must not exceed 5 in 2 bedroom caravans or 6 in 3 bedroom caravans at any one time. No all male, all female, mixed groups or large parties are permitted. Families and Couples only.
Your booking will be confirmed in writing once a deposit has been received. This could be in the form of an email if an email address is specified. Email addresses might also be used by ourselves for marketing purposes but WILL NOT be passed onto third parties.
The balance for your accommodation is payable 42 days before the day of your arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. Receipts are not issued for balance payments unless requested.
Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our accommodation. Any person found to be doing so during their holiday or after vacating will be liable to pay for the valeting of the accommodation.
Cancellations must be put into writing. If you cancel your booking, all monies paid are non-refundable unless the cancellation policy has been taken out and the situation complies with the reasons covered. We also recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.
Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end of the season. This includes The Courtyard Bar, Lodge Takeaway, on-site shop and some park activities. The badminton court may also be unavailable due to functions out of the main season.
VAT is included at the current rate
All our holiday homes come conplete with linen provided however dont forget your towels. Linen and towels are supplied for Tregea and Brambles.
Please be sure to take all your personal belongings when you leave your accommodation. Management cannot accept responsibility for any items left behind.
We will do our best to honour requests, but we regret we are unable to guarantee a specific location of the holiday caravans.
Dogs are not permitted in any of our accommodation, other than those specified as dog friendly by prior arrangement. Only one dog is permitted. A dog bed should be provided. Dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings. They must not be left unattended at any time. Being a family park, we regret we do not allow the following breeds – Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of the same.
Two vehicles are permitted per holiday caravan. Additional vehicles are required to be parked in the designated areas and will be charged for. We do not accept commercial vehicles onsite.
The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given.
The decision of Wooda Farm Holiday Park on all the above will be final
Holiday caravans must be vacated by 10.00am and touring pitches by 10.30am unless you have permission to do so otherwise. Half a day rate applies if you wish to stay later (not available in school holiday periods). Please enquire at reception.
Wooda Farm Holiday Park reserves the right to terminate the booking of anyone who fails to abide by the park rules. The Management's decision will be final.
